FitSync Fitness Tracker

FitSync is a fitness app aimed at helping users track workouts, set goals, and stay motivated with real-time coaching. The client needed a smooth, scalable app working on both Android and iOS from a single codebase to speed up development and improve performance.

Task

Our task was to develop a cross-platform Flutter app with real-time workout logging, wearable device integration, and a clean, motivating user interface that delivers consistent experience and fast performance.

Problem

The client's previous app was slow, unstable, and had syncing issues across devices. Maintaining two native apps delayed updates and increased costs. The user experience suffered due to inconsistent UI and frequent crashes.

Solution

We rebuilt the app from scratch in Flutter, focusing on modular design and secure backend APIs for syncing data. Our team delivered a polished UI with gamification elements to boost engagement and tested extensively to ensure cross-device stability and performance.

Key Features

We created a single Flutter codebase with native-like performance, smooth animations, and seamless integration with Apple HealthKit and Google Fit. The app includes personalized dashboards, workout reminders, social sharing, and offline support—all optimized for speed and battery life.
